Telling our Families and Gender Reveal

We let our friends and families in on our little secret news about the baby over the holidays. Everyone was happy and excited. We also did the gender reveal at the same time!

We already knew the gender early on, thanks to technology, so we were able to test for gender and chromosomal disorders by taking a blood sample from Sheila’s arm.

We ordered a special cake to surprise our families with the gender over FaceTime. The inside of the cake would be Chocolate and Vanilla inside if it was a boy, or Chocolate with Chocolate frosting if it was a girl.
